- EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

- ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

The top grade of olive oil.

According to the E.U. Regulation 1830/2015 extra virgin olive oil is obtained solely by mechanical means, under conditions which don’t affect the olive oil (the pressing out temperature does not exceed 24 – 25 Celsius degrees, since overheating destroys all the beneficial ingredients of olives) and has not undergone any other elaboration than washing, decanting, centrifuging and filtration.

Moreover the extra virgin olive oil must have perfect aroma, flavor, color and the acidity (oleic acid) level must not exceed 0,8%.

As a result of the above, extra virgin olive oil is a “natural juice” which contains all the olive ingredients (vitamins, minerals, microelements and other beneficial nutritional ingredients) unchanged.

Besides all the above, organic extra virgin olive oil is a product of organic farming.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil are both suitable for vegetarians and ideal to use for salads and cooking.

They are both available in glass Maraska bottle (250–500–750–1000 ml), in glass Dorica bottle (250–500–750 ml) and in tin canister (5000 ml).
